2 Day Slim Down Workout - Lose Weight Fast and Easy


Hoop Dance Workout

Here's a 2 day slim down workout that'll help you to lose weight fast and easy. I'll leave out diet suggestions since I'm sure you already know what's good and not so good to eat. This workout will revolve around just 2 uncomplicated exercises you can do at home.


2 Day Slim Down - Lose Weight Fast and Easy


Hoop Dance Workout

1. This is an adjusted workout. That means that you don't have to do it all at once. This is a big key on how to speed up your metabolism... Multiple mini-workouts.

So with that said... Jump on a mini-trampoline.

This is the excellent tool for weight loss if you're a busy woman who can't spare the time to drive to a gym all the time. Now, what I don't want you to do is to do 1 long workout with this exercise. Instead, break it up into 2 itsybitsy workouts.

Before I continue, if you're wondering how much does a mini-trampoline cost... It costs about at Wal-Mart.

Ok now, place your mini-trampoline in the living room. This makes it hard to forget. Then just jump on it whenever for a few minutes at a time. Your whole goal is to get in 30 minutes a day. But when you do it for just 1-2 minutes at a time, that becomes easy to fit into your schedule.

But 1 thing... Don't stress about it. Just do it whenever. Don't mentally even count how many times you've done it and how many times more you need to do it to get to 30 minutes. Just forget about it. Let it come to be a habit naturally.

Next up... Hula hooping.

This practice is more to tone than it is for weight loss... But trust me, it helps with weight loss too. It just isn't as fast as jumping on a mini-trampoline.

But if you're finding for a toned waist and hips... Use the hula hoop. My suggestion... 10 minutes a day. It may take some time to get use to hula hooping. So you can start with 5 minutes a day. After awhile, boost it up to 10 minutes.

Again, you can do this for 1 or 2 minutes at a time.

A dramatic 2 day slim down will be hard, but if you concentrate the mini-trampoline and hula hooping... You'll lose weight fast and easy over the next few weeks.

One of the biggest problems with trying to practice is that it gets boring. Most habitancy just get bored walking on a treadmill for thirty minutes. We want to keep our mind active and focused. We want an practice that keeps us involved. practice videos, dancing, skating, sports...these are all great ways to exercise. an additional one great way to practice that more and more women are trying is hula hooping. That's right, just like when you were a kid. Get a big plastic ring, and try to keep it at waist level by swinging your hips.


Learning to hula hoop takes custom and focus. It is not as easy as it looks. Due to the increased popularity of the performance you can even find music videos to go along with a new routine. Exercising with it is aerobic. It will get your blood flowing, you'll work up a good sweat, and you'll have a hard time forcing yourself to keep going. It is also great force training. You have to keep your arms in the air while you do the exercise. Otherwise, they will hit the hula hoop and make it fall. You also need to keep all your abdominal muscles and lower back muscles flexed and enthralling to keep the hula hoop up. You will also use your leg muscles as you swivel your hips back and forth.

If you want to lose belly fat fast then I have a high intensity workout that takes eleven minutes to do. But don't be fooled because the rehearsal is of such high form of intensity that you will end up in sweat even if you spend a lot of time in the gym. If you do these exercises assess it to an hour of running at normal speed. It will give your metabolism a boost. If the rehearsal may look too hard or easy for you do more or less based on your current fitness level. I go to the gym for eight years now but thanks to the high intensity of this fast fat burning workout I was drenched in sweat. This is one of my favourite sequences of exercises to train my abs and to burn major calories fast.


Minute 1 to 3: 1 Arm dumbbell swings Take a dumbbell in one hand or even in both hands. Swing the dumbbell(s) in front of you and make sure your arm is as straight as possible. Let it arch up until it is directly over your head. If you do it with one arm alternate your arm every five reps. Do as many reps as possible for three minutes straight. Rest one tiny and go on to step 2.

Minute 3 to 6: 1 Arm dumbbell snatches Hold the dumbbell on the floor and accomplish a high pull. When the dumbbell is on its highest point drop your hips, drive under the weight by rotating under the dumbbell. At the same time quickly enlarge your elbow. Pay de facto attentiveness that the weight is over the top of your shoulder and that your torso is in an erected position. Alternate your arms every five repetitions and again do as many reps as possible.

Note: In those first six minutes of non-stop swings and snatches you are already burning a lot of belly fat fast thanks to the mountainous intensity.

Minute 6 to 7: Dumbbell renegade rows Start in a push up position and accomplish one pushup. While your body is at the top put one dumbbell up to your arm pit. Repeat the push up and pull the other arm up. Keep in mind to keep a good posture and stabilize your body when one dumbbell is raised. Do ten repetitions each arm and rest thirty seconds.

Minute 7 to 9: Floor mountain climbers Start in a pushup position and keep your head in one line with the body. The stomach muscle must be contracted throughout the range of motion. Bring the right knee to the chest and then back to starting position. Alternate quickly to the other leg and continue this movement. Do repetitions for only a half tiny maximum. Rest thirty seconds and move on to the next two minutes.

Minute 9 to 11: Floor mountain jumpers This is the last mini rehearsal in this sequence you have to do. Again do reps for only a half tiny maximum and you are ready.

This short but very high intense full body workout is one of the best full body workouts to get a flat stomach and get six pack abs. It is far best to do full body workouts then wasting your time with slow cardio or direct abdominal exercises such as crunches and sit-ups. Keep in mind that you need to take care of your nourishment as well.
